station proximity friendly staff daily cleaning
The hotel's proximity to termini station made travel easy. I could quickly reach other parts of the city (a real time-saver!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or information. i was pleased with the daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. It kept the room comfortable. breakfast offered simple choices like croissants, but it was sufficient to start the day.
The neighborhood around the hotel felt unsafe at night. I noticed several loitering individuals, and it made me a little uneasy when returning after dark.

outdated furniture weak air conditioning
The train station was very close. It was literally a block away. so convenient!
the room was not great, it felt old. the walls needed paint and the furniture seemed outdated. i also found the air conditioning barely worked.
